What's new

Gene Inspector Pro now supports more input types and faster review workflows, including raw SNP array files, a dedicated mitochondrial DNA panel, and report views for default panels.

SNP array data support

Gene Inspector Pro now accepts raw data files from popular direct-to-consumer genetic tests. You can upload AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA, 23andMe, and MyHeritage results for analysis.

Mitochondrial DNA panel

A dedicated panel now covers the 37 mitochondrial genes with proper scientific nomenclature, including variants such as m.8860A>G. This panel is available for WGS data.

Report view for default panels

The report view summarizes key findings without requiring you to click through individual genes. It highlights missense mutations, rare variants, pathogenic predictions, and drug response markers.
