Gene Inspector Pro is operated by Genetic Path, a company registered in Finland under business ID 3441356-7. These terms apply when you visit the Gene Inspector Pro website, create an account, upload genetic data, use the Gene Inspector Pro application, or purchase a subscription.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Use accurate account information and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid access is provided through the subscription selected at checkout. Subscription cancellation, renewal, withdrawal, and refund rules are described in the Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in that policy.
Research and educational use only
Gene Inspector Pro provides non-clinical information for research, education, and general wellness review. The service is not reviewed, cleared, or approved by the FDA, and it does not diagnose, treat, prevent, mitigate, or cure any disease, condition, or disorder.
No medical or professional care
Information from the service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practitioners and consultations connected with Gene Inspector Pro do not provide medical opinions, clinical assessments, healthcare services, or regulated professional care. No physician-patient or licensed provider-patient relationship is created.
Your data and uploaded files
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and review any genetic data you submit to the service. We process uploaded genome files and derived review data to provide the service back to the account holder. Our Privacy Policy describes data handling, storage, sharing, and deletion rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private systems, upload malicious files, or submit genetic data for another person unless you are authorized to do so.
Website and product content
Gene Inspector Pro content, software, product design, documentation, and website materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the service for your own permitted review work, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute protected product materials except where expressly allowed.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, infrastructure, or operational reasons. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves.
